Scholarship Circle

The Scholarship Circle is a group of Crimson Club members - individuals and companies - who generously support student-athletes at the University of Utah by providing full annual scholarships at the following levels:

• Resident Annual Scholarship
  Supports a student-athlete who is a resident
• National Annual Scholarship
  Supports a student-athlete who is a non-resident
• Endowed Athletic Scholarship
  Creates an endowed "legacy" gift from which the annual earnings fund a full scholarship

The Scholarship Circle is essential to the success of the Athletics Department in meeting the growing costs of scholarships for student-athletes at the University of Utah. Scholarship costs have risen 15-20 percent in the past five years alone... and keep rising! Yet this investment in our student-athletes is essential in building a stronger and more successful athletics program in all sports, men's and women's alike.

Today an athlete will make a big play for the Utes. But tomorrow, that athlete will make a big difference in his or her business, family, and community.

When you join the Crimson Club's "Scholarship Circle," YOU make an important difference. You contribute to the future success of student-athletes at the University of Utah in a very real and personal way.

One of the greatest honors a U student-athlete can receive is to be awarded a scholarship sponsored fully by a member of the Crimson Club's Scholarship Circle. These scholarships create an important bond between sponsors and students, and give students the opportunity to grow in many aspects of their lives- from academics and athletics to their life skills and social responsibility.
